Your Key Responsibilities as a Franchisee:

• Recruit, Train & Manage a Team of Coaches: Hire instructors (no experience needed) to deliver our proven curriculum while you focus on leading the business.
• Drive Business Growth: Build your client base through local sales, marketing, and networking efforts in your community.
• Create Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with school principals, homeschool groups, and other community leaders using our partnership guides.
• Run a Profitable Business: Manage finances and payroll to keep your operation on track for financial success.
• Oversee Operations: Use our efficient class scheduling system and lesson plans to streamline your day-to-day processes.
• Lead Locally: Establish yourself as the go-to resource for families in your community who want to introduce their kids to the world of soccer.
